I heard Ibn `Abbas (giving a verdict) when he was asked about the Mut’a with the women, and he permitted it (Nikah-al-Mut’a). On that a freed slave of his said to him, “That is only when it is very badly needed and women are scarce.” On that, Ibn `Abbas said, “Yes.”
While I was in the company of Jibir, a person came and said: There is difference of opinion among Ibn Abbas and Ibn Zubair about two Mut’as (benefits, Tamattul in Hajj and temporary marriage with women), whereupon jibir said: We have been doing this during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger (way peace be upon him), and then ‘Umar forbade us to do so, and we never resorted to them.
Temporary contract marriage allowed by Prophet for those who fight battles (Jihadis)
We used to participate in the holy battles led by Allah’s Messenger and we had nothing (no wives) with us. So we said, “Shall we get ourselves castrated?” He forbade us that and then allowed us to marry women with a temporary contract (2) and recited to us: — ‘O you who believe ! Make not unlawful the good things which Allah has made lawful for you, but commit no transgression.’ (5.87)
Now any Mullah, Mufti, Imam may also use this hadith and give fatwa that Homosexuality is lawful for Jihadis.
ISIS, BOKO HARAM. TALIBAN etc will benefit from this hadith by forcing the captured girls & women to temporary marry with them.
RAPING FEMALE CAPTIVES APPROVED BY BUKHARI
BUKHARI HADITH: Volume 7, Book 62, Number 137:
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
We got female captives in the war booty and we used to do coitus interruptus (withdrawing penis from vagina before ejaculation to avoid pregnancy) with them. So we asked Allah’s Apostle about it and he said, “Do you really do that?” repeating the question thrice, “There is no soul that is destined to exist but will come into existence, till the Day of Resurrection.”
