IF ANYONE FINDS HIMSELF/HERSELF FORCED OUT OF NEED THEN HE/SHE CAN EAT WHAT IS FORBIDDEN

Eating the dead meat is Not a commandment but a condition set by Allah if anyone finds himself forced out of need.

2:173 He has only forbidden for you carrion (dead/decaying meat), and blood, and the MEAT OF PIG (LAHM KHINZIRI), and what was dedicated with to other than Allah. Whoever finds himself forced out of need, without seeking disobedience or transgression, then there is no sin upon him. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

6:145 Say: “I do not find in what is inspired to me to be forbidden for any eater to eat except that it be carrion (dead/decaying meat), or running blood, or the MEAT OF PIG (LAHM KHINZIRI)-for it is tainted-or what has become wicked by being dedicated to other than Allah.” But whoever is forced to, without seeking disobedience or transgression, then your Lord is Forgiving, Merciful.

16:115 He has only forbidden for you carrion (dead/decaying meat), and blood, and the MEAT OF PIG (LAHM KHINZIRI), and what was dedicated to other than Allah. But whoever is forced to, without seeking disobedience or transgression, then Allah is Forgiver, Merciful.

5:3 “Forbidden for you is carrion (dead/decaying meat), and blood, and the MEAT OF PIG (LAHM KHINZIRI), and what was sacrificed to other than Allah, and that which has been strangled, and that which has been bludgeoned, and that which has fallen from a height, and that which has been gored, and that which a wild animal has savaged-unless it was slaughtered while it still lived, and what has been slaughtered on altars, and what you divide through arrows of chance. This is all vile. So, whoever is forced by severe hunger and not seeking sin, then Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”
